Lots and lots of people are struggling with high levels of fear and stress, or persistent low mood and feelings of worthlessness, hopelessness, and frustration. Whether it’s fears that feel irrational, feelings of panic, social isolation, or just a general sense that you don’t want to get out of bed to face the world - Most people struggle on some level. So, the question is, what are we going to do about it? I can tell you from experience that talking about it helps, A LOT.

I am here to help you improve the quality of your life, your relationships with others, and above all, the relationship you have with yourself. I use an integrative approach to therapy, utilizing a combination of the best available scientific evidence-based treatments, with a heavy emphasis on behavior change. You and I will work together to identify your innate strengths and abilities and create a therapeutic plan consistent with your expressed values, concerns, culture, and individual needs. Shifts in your thoughts and behaviors can help to change the way you perceive your environment. Small changes can lead to enormous benefits in your health and in your life.

You need tools and strategies to implement now. Therapy should include attainable goals and outcomes. This is not to say that it’s an instant fix. Some people see results in a few sessions while others need a few months, a year, or maybe longer. But therapy is not meant to take forever, and you should see some gains along the way. A successful therapeutic experience should arm you with the skills and techniques you need to cope with the ups and downs of life and to independently regulate yourself and manage your feelings. My goal is to help you regain a sense of balance and well-being in your life, and to foster your own self-reliance and resilience.
